ABOUT CAOMS: The Canadian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (CAOMS) is a non-profit organization serving the needs of hundreds of oral and maxillofacial surgeons across Canada. The CAOMS is designed to support the ongoing requirements of its members and ensure that they are able to maintain excellence in their area of specialty. The CAOMS helps its members to stay connected and remain on the leading edge of their specialty through continuing education and regular meetings, as well as supporting ongoing research and representing and advocating for the needs of this profession to various interest groups to further advance the profession.

Four-day, exclusive fishing trip includes:

• transportation from Delta Hotels Bessborough to the Saskatoon airport on June 20 at 05:00 

• drop-off at the Saskatoon airport on June 24 at approximately 11:10 - book your flight home at 13:00 or later

• private charter return flight from Saskatoon to Reindeer Lake and ten-minute boat ride to and from Arctic Lodges

• four days of fishing, with 1 guide per 2 anglers per boat


Fishing equipment is NOT included - bring your own gear or rent from the tackle shop at Arctic Lodges.

IN APRIL: It is essential that you purchase a fishing license online or by phone at 1-855-848-4773 prior to your arrival and carry your signed fishing license with you at all times out on the lake as conservation officers do random checks. Please wait until April to purchase your license as the previous year's licenses are sold until March.

CAOMS has secured a limited number of hotel rooms for our group at a special rate of $194 for a Standard Room (per room, per night, single or double occupancy, plus applicable taxes and fees). Special group rates for other room categories are also available. Our group rates will only be available until Monday, May 20, 2024, or until our group block is sold out, whichever comes first. After that point, any new reservation will be subject to availability at the daily rate applicable at the time of reservation.

Individuals are responsible for their own hotel reservations and their own room, taxes, and incidental charges. All charges must be paid upon checkout.

Check-in time is 16:00; checkout time is 11:00. The hotel cancellation policy is 72 hours / 3 days.

Please note: The only hotel room block organized for CAOMS is the one listed above. PHOTOGRAPHS: Photographs taken at the CAOMS 68th Annual Conference will be utilized in future promotional material that may include print, electronic, or other media including the CAOMS website. By participating at the CAOMS 68th Annual Conference, you grant CAOMS the right to use your profile captured photographically for such purposes.

HEALTH AND SAFETY: The priority of the CAOMS is to create a safe environment at the conference. All aspects of the conference will be conducted following local public health guidelines in place at the time of the conference.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing, by email to caoms@caoms.com.


Refunds of registration fees, less a $250 administration fee, will be issued for cancellations received by Monday, May 13, 2024. No refunds will be issued after this date. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute someone in your place. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
